What I learned from
the training
was quite different.
The keynotes and workshops I lead are not about having fun. They are about raising the stakes, and unmasking the potential of your group.
The reason they are fun is that they touch something real; a desire to be
valued, challenged, surprised and acknowledged. And they introduce a simple
template whereby these values can become part of the fabric of everyday
communication.
