My job is to create an atmosphere in which all are compelled to go beyond reason for a great cause. This is not achieved through bullying, but by effective, high-minded reminders as to the evening’s purpose. When hearts are connected to good causes in a fun, non-threatening atmosphere, financial goals are met and exceeded. And communities grow up, out, and together.

Twenty years of improv theatre experience give me a tool box brimming with formulas for directing people’s attention to the pertinent action at hand. I use these tools to color the entire event, down to the last live item, with spontaneity and purpose. My goal is for people to walk out the door, on time, already looking forward to next year’s event.
